"It’s almost “safe” to eat Subway again. Two months after the sandwich chain kicked off a firestorm of bad publicity by promising to rid its bread of azodicarbonamide, a chemical also found in yoga mats (the bad publicity came from its acknowledgement that the chemical was there to begin with), a spokesperson said Friday that the phase-out process is almost complete."

Organic soybean samples also showed a more healthy nutritional profile (e.g. higher in protein and lower in saturated fatty acids) than both industrial conventional and GM soybeans."
